### Result Review Result: Mergeable The full local-candidate review and independent review found no blocking issues or required changes. This conclusion covers only the code correctness of this task’s policy, Skill, and harness changes. ### Evidence The candidate was checked against the original requirements, subsequent authorizations, source code, and consumer contracts. The original baseline, frozen versions, and all failed observations were retained. All 132 harness unit tests, structural validation, and binding validation passed. The 274 source-read checks have evidence supporting their continued validity. Each of the ten new case contracts has two passing observations; independent grading controls passed 20/20. Manual verification covered ownership, state and data contracts, TODO handling, cumulative review scope, and the 199/200/201-character boundary including indentation. Ledger validation exited successfully; it establishes mechanical coverage and evidence freshness only. ### Coverage Standalone local candidate. The seven files in the original snapshot match read-only baseline 12d344d871ce2c71cd13cfaa71278406a460a7c2. The review covered all cumulative task changes and relevant consumers for review-pr/SKILL.md, review-corrections.md, implementation.md, coding-standards/SKILL.md, java-line-wrapping.md, cases.toml, and test_run.py. Behavior clusters covered review basis and corrections, implementation and data contracts, manual formatting verification, discovery cases, and answer isolation. All three discovery lenses—root cause and behavior, blast radius and contracts, and tests and runtime—were completed, followed by a full convergence pass that found no new issues. No unresolved evidence gap could change the blocking-issue set. Existing Spotless and Java Checkstyle configuration does not govern this MD/TOML/Python file set. No added files or license changes triggered RAT. CI was not reviewed. This conclusion does not claim that all 213 semantic cases passed or infer a causal improvement in general defect-detection rates from ten synthetic cases. The three original baseline failures and string-matching limitations remain documented. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
