Changes proposed in this pull request: - Remove `parser/sql/engine/dialect/oracle/src/test/java/org/apache/shardingsphere/sql/parser/engine/oracle/parser/OracleParserTest.java`. - Leave Oracle production code, grammar, and Parser IT resources unchanged. This removes 97 parameterized test invocations, including cold/warm prediction-budget checks and accepted/rejected expression, PL/SQL, and dynamic SQL boundaries. The remaining Parser IT cases are not claimed to replace all removed assertions. Verification: - Passed: `./mvnw -B -ntp -pl parser/sql/engine/dialect/oracle -am -DskipTests -Dspotless.skip=true package` (current-source reactor compilation and packaging; tests explicitly skipped). - Passed: `git diff --check`. - The initial module-only clean/package attempt failed against stale installed snapshot dependencies; building the reactor prerequisites resolved that mismatch. - Checkstyle and Spotless have no surviving changed source file to check. Apache RAT is not triggered by this deletion-only change. - Parser IT and the full repository build were not run. The deleted class was the module's only test source.
