### Result Review Result: Mergeable No blocking issues or recommended changes remain. ### Evidence All 25 original Docker rules were migrated intact. The decisions, actions, reasons, and assertions of all 237 existing cases remain unchanged. All four case-input repairs were explicitly authorized. All 145 unit tests, deterministic validation, and bootstrap validation passed. All 316 reading-path checks passed. Full verification collected responses for all 244 cases: the initial grading produced 209 passes and 35 failures. Under the existing per-case stability confirmation rules, no confirmed regressions, safety regressions, or changed-contract failures remained. Each of the seven new cases and four authorized modified cases passed twice. The original baseline, 429 failures, and regression failure records were preserved. Grading, authorization boundaries, and the maximum of three observations were not relaxed. ### Coverage Standalone local candidate, based on task baseline cd621933598ca0bbdd10ba6a3d223c72314ba6d1. The review covered all seven files and 50 changed blocks under the original requirements and subsequent authorizations, including policy migration and reading paths, resource protection, transport recovery, case inputs, and verification. Root-cause, blast-radius, test/runtime-path, and convergence reviews were completed. Four independent complete assessments across two rounds reached consecutive agreement after substantive review. Every historical candidate received an explicit disposition, session validation passed, and no unresolved differences or evidence gaps remain. This conclusion covers code readiness; CI was not reviewed. No changed files fall within the applicable Spotless or Checkstyle scopes, and the new Markdown file matches the RAT exclusion. No Docker resources were operated on, and no business tests were run. After merge or installation, a new session must still confirm the actual AGENTS.md reading route. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
