### Result Review Result: Mergeable No blocking issues or additional changes are required. ### Evidence All three new tests reproduced the NPE in the original implementation and passed after the fix. Existing deletion scenarios continue to pass. The test-rule scanner exited with code 1 because its test-only scope classified the explicitly authorized production change as out of scope. The original diagnostic was retained, every change in both files was independently reviewed, and the scanner was not modified. ### Coverage Standalone local candidate based on 12d2613, containing only the two files above. Two complete independent assessments, a defensive-code audit, coordinator review, and session validation were completed.
