Head commit for run: 1f170620f8785a3699974f2894bf284ee8ce5864 / rishi-rana <[email protected]> Exclude non-transactional-DDL protocols, fix DUAL rename and index recovery - Also require the session's own protocol to support transactional DDL, not just each routed storage unit. A PostgreSQL-protocol check alone let an openGauss-protocol session routed to PostgreSQL storage defer refresh, even though openGauss never sets this capability. - Read the statement's own table attribute instead of TablesContext when collecting deferred tables. TablesContext drops every table named DUAL case-insensitively to exclude the SQL pseudo-table convention, which also silently dropped a real DDL target legitimately named "dual". - Carry a CREATE TABLE statement's declared index-name candidates through to commit-time reconciliation, so a storage-imposed identifier-length limit shortening a long index name can still be recovered the same way the synchronous CREATE path already recovers it. - Merge four DialectTransactionOption constructions onto one line each; all fit within 200 characters. - Use sameInstance() instead of is() for reference-identity assertions.
