Hi, we should redesign and adjust structure of Governance module now. The first step is that combine common/config/registry/facade to a uniformed component. And then promote context to an independent component. After this adjustment, we have three components in governance. 1. Repository, for data persistency and event watching 2. Core, for config/registry/lock etc, a basis function to other modules 3.
