   Sorry, the issue base on sharding-jdbc.

   What is your actual version? There is no 5.0.0 version.
     
   shardingshpere-proxy version : 5.0.0-alpha，maybe i have knew the reason.
    i first create the database and sharding table,then star up the 
shardingsphere.maybe shardingsphere didn't know metadata,so can't connect 
database?
