Hi community,
When I execute an incorrect distSQL,
such as:
```mysql
CREATE SHARDING TABLE RULE t_lancc (
RESOURCES(resource_1)
);
```
it is a friendlier way to prompt for `syntax errors` instead of `Unknown
exception: [null]`
