   ## Aim
   support parse mysql administration statements sql `SET RESOURCE GROUP`
   
   ## Basic Qualifications
   - java
   - maven
   - antlr4
   
   ## Detail
   SET RESOURCE GROUP Statement In mysql
   need to be supported in shardingsphere-sql-parser.
   ```
   SET RESOURCE GROUP group_name
       [FOR thread_id [, thread_id] ...]
   ```
