完成openGuass Discovery逻辑验证
1. 设置Discovery 的openGuass，目前在配置有效的情况下，可以完成主库判断逻辑，当主库发生切换，会自动找到新主库。
2. 动态通过DAL控制新增数据源到Discovery规则，备库可以顺利添加成功，并参与到读写分离。
3. 多备库情况下，如果某个备库复制失败或者无法连接，备库会被自动设置为Disable离线。
