   ### Which project did you use? ShardingSphere-JDBC or ShardingSphere-Proxy?
   jdbc and proxy
   ### Expected behavior
   parserEngine should be openGauss.
   ### Actual behavior
   parserEngine is postgreSql
   ### Reason analyze (If you can)
