CI using the command `./mvnw -B clean install -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true -Drat.skip=true -Djacoco.skip=true -Dspotless.apply.skip=true` which can pass through. According to `https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-jar-plugin/examples/create-test-jar.html` the easy way, there are some different with now package.
