   connect normal
   ### Actual behavior
   cann't connect

   ### Steps to reproduce the behavior, such as: SQL to execute, sharding rule 
configuration, when exception occur etc.
   1. use server.yaml to start proxy
   ```

         timeToLiveSeconds: 60

   2. use `gsql` connect proxy
