ShardingSphere Website ### Expected behavior - When trying to drag the scrollbar of the table of contents on the mobile page, it should work fine. -  ### Actual behavior - The scroll bar of the table of contents cannot be dragged. In devtool I can see that an exception is thrown. ``` Error getting Hugo index flie ``` -  ### Reason analyze (If you can) ### Steps to reproduce the behavior, such as: SQL to execute, sharding rule configuration, when exception occur etc. - Open https://shardingsphere.apache.org/document/current/en/quick-start/shardingsphere-proxy-quick-start/ in Microsoft Edge browser, then open devtool to switch to mobile view. Click on the directory and try to drag the scroll bar i.e. Reproducible.
