   Hi @qicz ，我做了相关测试，未发现按钮不能显示的问题，能提供更加详细的操作流程吗（前后端都在master分支）
   1、使用admin账户创建了modify Role

   2、创建了modify 用户，并赋予相关Role

   3、登陆modify账户，能显示对应的按钮
