I would like to add some suggestions in the General section of the code suggestions. - When adding a new file, you need to add the [apache protocol](https://github.com/apache/incubator-shenyu-website/blob/57f9a6b14c27d97137275453b207232f3df53205/LICENSE#L191-L201) in the header of the file. Below are my reasons. I'm a novice contributor and I checked out Code Suggestions before starting to contribute. At first I didn't know that all files need to be added with apache's open source license. While fixing [this issue](https://github.com/apache/incubator-shenyu/issues/1888#issuecomment-1048088164)， I spent a long time troubleshooting. Maybe newbies don't know about it before they start contributing, and it also takes their time.
