### Description
Trigger execution requires permissions, in the PG database. Some projects
may have limited database account permissions, so the script cannot execute
normally. Therefore, use an interceptor to replace the trigger .
### Changes
- [ ] Replace trigger `update_timestamp` with interceptor
`PostgreSqlUpdateInterceptor` in the pg sql script.
