   环境：
   - 本机idea
   - liberica jdk 1.8
   - shenyu bootstrap使用源码部署
   - shenyu admin使用二进制包部署
   - 两个dubbo服务提供方
   - 注册中心为本地zookeeper

   **问题**：
   
一开始我启动了admin、bootstrap、zookeeper和dubbo服务提供方1（服务提供方1端口为20882），尝试使用postman请求bootstrap去获取远程结果，但是报出问题为NoSuchMethodFound，于是我换了服务提供方2并且停止了服务提供方1和删掉了admin上的服务提供方1的信息，而且重启了bootstrap，但是通过postman请求时，bootstrap报错，而且报出的是服务提供方1连接拒绝的问题，我不知道这是哪里出了问题，错误如图：
