Cross-link: this is the test-coverage companion to the k8s hardening pass #6609. The fix plan in #6609 explicitly calls for "add unit tests with missing endpoints/annotations/labels as fixtures" — this task covers exactly that (zero tests today for the k8s ingress parsers and `IngressReconciler`).
