## What this PR does Fixes #6632. - Corrects the key segment used to evict app-auth data. - Corrects the key segment used to evict metadata. - Corrects the plugin name and selector name segments used to evict proxy-selector data. - Adds key-length validation to prevent invalid keys from causing index-out-of-bounds exceptions. - Adds regression tests covering the three deletion handlers and malformed keys. ## Verification - `shenyu-sync-data-api` tests passed. - Nacos, Polaris, and Apollo related reactor tests passed. - Checkstyle passed. @Aias00, could you please help review this PR?
