## Summary
- Prevent `GrpcPlugin` from throwing an NPE when
`ServerHttpRequest#getRemoteAddress()` returns null.
- Store an empty string in the gRPC context when the remote address is
unavailable.
- Preserve the existing client IP behavior when a valid remote address is
present.
- Add cleanup for the mocked gRPC client cache between tests.
## Test
- Added coverage for a valid remote address and verified that `127.0.0.1`
is propagated to the gRPC context.
- Added coverage for a null remote address and verified that the request
completes with an empty-string fallback.
