## Summary
- Fix the non-atomic check-then-add operation in `AbstractLogCollector`.
- Use `BlockingQueue.offer()` for single-client and multi-client log
queues.
- Prevent `IllegalStateException` when a bounded queue becomes full under
concurrency.
- Add regression tests for queue capacity and full-queue behavior.
## Test
- Successful enqueue when the queue has capacity.
- Full single-client queue handling without exceptions.
- Full multi-client queue handling without exceptions.
- Preservation of the existing buffered log when a new log is rejected.
