Fixes #6730 Uploaded plugin beans now use namespaced names composed from the plugin jar identity and full class name. Each ShenyuPluginClassLoader records only the beans it registered and destroys only those exact names when it closes. SpringBeanUtils now exposes exact-name registration, lookup, and destruction helpers while retaining its existing class-name APIs. The regression test loads two plugins containing the same simple component name, closes one loader, and verifies that the other plugin bean remains available.
