Carry the Tars application name on each cached invoke proxy and use it for metadata deduplication and removal. The handler no longer compares an upstream `host:port` value with an application name, so repeated metadata events do not redundantly initialize the same application. Regression coverage verifies both duplicate-handle suppression and application-scoped removal. Test: `mvn -pl shenyu-plugin/shenyu-plugin-proxy/shenyu-plugin-rpc/shenyu-plugin-tars -am -DskipTests=false -Dcheckstyle.skip=false -Dtest=TarsMetaDataHandlerTest -DfailIfNoTests=false test` (with the module test skip temporarily disabled; 4 tests passed) Fixes #6738 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
