## Description
`alert/reload` was copy-pasted from the manage model: it destructures
`userName` (which the Alert page never sends) and forwards only `{ userName,
currentPage, pageSize }`. The Alert page's delete handler relies solely on this
reload and passes `fetchValue: { currentPage, pageSize }` with no namespace
either.

## Impact
After deleting an alert receiver, the list is re-fetched without the
namespace filter, showing receivers from other namespaces (or an error/empty
list depending on backend validation). The page is also not reset, so deleting
the last row on page N shows an empty page.
## Suggested fix
Forward `namespaceId` (and drop `userName`) in `reload`, and include
`namespaceId: currentNamespaceId` in the page's `fetchValue`.
