## Description
`discovery/reload` forwards only `{ name, currentPage, pageSize }`, and the
Discovery page's `fetchValue` for add/update/delete/page change does not
include `namespaceId` either.

## Impact
After add/update/delete of a TCP proxy selector the list is re-fetched
without the namespace filter.
## Suggested fix
Include `namespaceId: currentNamespaceId` in every `fetchValue` and forward
it in `reload`.
