## Description
In the plugin column render of PluginHandle, the fallback branch returns
`<div>text</div>`.
## Location

## Impact
Rows whose pluginId has no dropdown match show the word "text" instead of
the id.
## Suggested fix
Return `<div>{text}</div>`.
