Creating a selector-specific logging queue currently overwrites the collector's global queue and capacity. Keep the new queue local to initialization so concurrent selectors cannot share or replace one another's queue through those fields. Fixes #6656. Validation: `AbstractLogCollectorTest` and Checkstyle via `./mvnw -q -pl shenyu-plugin/shenyu-plugin-logging/shenyu-plugin-logging-common -am -DskipTests=false -Dcheckstyle.skip=false -Dtest=AbstractLogCollectorTest -DfailIfNoTests=false test`.
