## Summary - Bound the shared Disruptor consumer queue and each ordered worker queue to the configured ring-buffer capacity. - Block consumer handoff when full, propagating pressure to the ring buffer without executing ordered tasks ahead of queued work. - Handle executor shutdown and producer interruption explicitly. Fixes #6669 ## Validation - BlockWhenFullPolicyTest, QueueConsumerTest and DisruptorProviderManagerTest passed. - Maven validate Checkstyle and RAT passed.
