## Summary - Defer discovery activation and proxy-selector watcher creation until the binding transaction commits. - Skip these irreversible external effects on rollback; preserve immediate behavior when no transaction synchronization exists. - Suspend completed transaction resources during activation so synchronous registry callbacks do not persist upstreams into an already committed JDBC transaction.
