## Summary - Add a transaction boundary to dictionary import so a later insert failure rolls back earlier dictionary rows. - Keep synchronous dict-created audit logging in the same transaction; failed imports no longer leave committed audit entries for rolled-back rows. - Add H2 integration tests covering a second-row uniqueness violation and a successful two-row import, checking both dictionary and audit tables.
