## Summary - Apply a positive global `shenyu.httpclient.responseTimeout` to the Reactor Netty client created by the starter. - Keep zero/negative values as disabling this client-level response-read timeout; preserve the 3000 ms default/null fallback. - Per-route total attempt timeouts remain separate and may expire sooner than the global read timeout. Fixes #6582 ## Validation - `./mvnw -pl shenyu-spring-boot-starter/shenyu-spring-boot-starter-plugin/shenyu-spring-boot-starter-plugin-httpclient -am -Dtest=HttpClientResponseTimeoutTest,HttpClientPluginConfigurationTest -DfailIfNoTests=false test` - Checkstyle enabled.
