## Summary - Guard the endpoint-registration side effect separately from metadata registration, because endpoint discovery runs before the parent's once-only guard. - Do not consume the endpoint guard for an empty context, allowing a later child context with endpoints to register them. Fixes #6791 ## Validation - `./mvnw -pl shenyu-client/shenyu-client-websocket/shenyu-client-spring-websocket -am -Dtest=SpringWebSocketClientEventListenerTest,ShenyuServerEndpointerExporterTest -DfailIfNoTests=false test` - Checkstyle enabled. Repeated refresh events register the endpoint/exporter once; an empty parent followed by a populated child still registers once.
