Fix handleApiCancel resetting tagForm instead of apiForm (#662)
handleApiCancel was copy-pasted from handleTagCancel and called
tagForm.resetFields() instead of apiForm.resetFields(), so cancelling
the API modal reset the wrong form.
Closes #646
