## What this PR does - adds one prepare job that builds ShenYu once - uploads the admin image without recompression and stages the ShenYu Maven repository - restores those artifacts in each integration-test matrix job - builds only the examples and integrated-test image required by the current case - makes workflow/mapping changes trigger the full IT matrix for validation ## Why The ten-case IT matrix currently repeats the full ShenYu, all-examples, and all-integrated-tests builds in every job. In representative runs this consumed about 99 runner-minutes, while the actual test phase was often only 34-101 seconds per case. ## Validation - example project mapping tests pass for all ten cases - every mapped examples Maven selector was validated against the reactor - every integrated-test case selector was validated against the reactor after installing the shared ShenYu artifacts - Bash syntax and ShellCheck pass for new scripts - YAML lint, YAML parsing, Actionlint, and `git diff --check` pass - this PR intentionally triggers the full IT workflow to validate artifact transfer and Docker image creation ## Checklist - [x] Read the contribution guidelines - [x] Added tests for case-to-example mapping - [x] Targeted validation passed -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
