@hengyuss Since this PR defines the shared contracts for the #7351 protocol/provider/transport work, could you review the API boundaries and model shape when you have time? In particular, feedback on the normalized fields versus retained raw payload, and the `Flux<ByteBuffer>` transport boundary would help avoid locking the follow-on implementations into a poor contract.
