I verified the current query path before considering a fix. The issue
description says `searchByCondition` returns an unpaged result, but
`OperationRecordLogController` implements `PagedController`, whose inherited
`/list/search` calls `PageService.searchByPage`; that starts PageHelper before
`selectByCondition`. The separate `/list` endpoint is also bounded by
`dashboardProperties.recordLogLimit`. The remaining concern is real but
narrower: within the requested time range, `context LIKE %keyword%` / `NOT LIKE
%excluded%` on TEXT is not served by a normal B-tree index, and the result is
ordered by `operation_time`. Could a maintainer confirm whether the intended
fix is a cross-database-compatible index/query optimization for the filtered
search, and which supported databases should be covered? I would avoid changing
the existing paged API contract based on the current description.
