Main bootstrap and affected integrated/e2e compile/validate checks passed; unrelated main tests were intentionally skipped in compile checks. - Current H2/MySQL/PostgreSQL/OpenGauss/OceanBase/Oracle plugin, handle, menu, permission, and namespace relation rows are removed where present. Historical upgrades and other plugins are preserved. - Target-only root vendor versions, default distro licenses, obsolete integrated/e2e tests/services, and build/starter dependencies are removed. Store migration docs include rollback and artifact ownership; final documentation RAT passed. - `git diff --check` and changed Docker-compose YAML parsing passed. - Logs: `logging-clickhouse/final-full-verify.log`, `logging-clickhouse/final-doc-rat.log`, and `logging-clickhouse/report.md`; SQL evidence: `/tmp/shenyu-broker-logging-sql-reference-check-final.json`. The main PR stays draft until receiving CI/E2E and artifact-publication gates pass.
