Completed by merged PR #7543, which explicitly imported the layered foundation from #7531 at source head 9b367b740d63ac71ac4aec51534547e15cce51a8. The merged implementation includes the ShenYu-owned request/upstream models, independent Protocol/Provider/Transport contracts and registries, the OpenAI Chat vertical slice, reactive raw responses, Engine delegation, and associated tests. #7531 is now closed as superseded because it has no remaining diff against master. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
