## Summary
- Use null-safe enum comparisons in `RegisterApiDocServiceImpl` to prevent
a NullPointerException when API doc
registration payloads omit `eventType`.
- Ignore missing or unsupported event types while preserving REGISTER and
OFFLINE behavior.
## Test
- Extend `RegisterApiDocServiceImplTest` to cover null, UPDATED, DELETED,
IGNORED, and HEARTBEAT event types, verifying
no exceptions and no interactions with API or tag services.
