Fixes #7583 #### What is the purpose of the change Remove the leftover `shenyu-registry/shenyu-registry-consul` directory. Consul support was externalized to `shenyu-plugin-store` in #7508 (documented in `docs/plugin-store-consul.md`), but one orphaned test file remained in the main repository. #### Brief changelog - Delete `shenyu-registry/shenyu-registry-consul/` (a single file: `src/test/java/org/apache/shenyu/registry/consul/TtlSchedulerTest.java`). Nothing else is changed: the directory has no `pom.xml`, is not listed in `shenyu-registry/pom.xml` modules, and the referenced `TtlScheduler` class no longer exists anywhere in the repo, so the file cannot compile and was never part of any Maven reactor or CI build. #### Verifying this change - `git ls-tree -r --name-only HEAD -- shenyu-registry/shenyu-registry-consul/` lists exactly one file (the one deleted). - `grep -rln TtlScheduler .` matches only that test file itself. - `grep -n "<module>" shenyu-registry/pom.xml` shows no `shenyu-registry-consul` module entry. - Build is green (command and summary below). #### Checklist - [x] You have read the [contribution guidelines](https://shenyu.apache.org/community/contributor-guide). - [ ] You submit test cases (unit or integration tests) that back your changes. - [x] Your local test passed `./mvnw clean install -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
