Part of #7566. Depends on the plugin skeleton task in this series. ## Scope - Inject the active trace context into requests which are sent from ShenYu to upstream services, covering the HTTP proxy path first (`WebClientPlugin`, `NettyHttpClientPlugin`). - Remove the original client `traceparent` before injecting, otherwise the copied request headers make the upstream receive a duplicate header. - Define the `TracingPropagator` SPI as the extension point for Spring Cloud, gRPC and Dubbo, with the HTTP implementation only in this change. - Preserve an incoming client trace and its parent relationship instead of starting an unrelated upstream trace. ## Tests - The upstream mock receives exactly one `traceparent`, whose parent span id is the gateway span. - Trace id continuity for requests with and without an inbound context. - SPI extension loading. - A not sampled inbound trace is still propagated with the sampling bit cleared. ## Acceptance criteria AC3. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
