Hi team, I investigated this issue and confirmed the NPE occurs in two places when `DubboRuleHandle` is absent or not yet cached (`obtainHandle(...)` returns `null`): 1. `ApacheDubboPlugin.doDubboInvoker`: calling `dubboRuleHandle.getTimeout()`. 2. `ApacheDubboGrayLoadBalance.select`: calling `dubboRuleHandle.getLoadBalance()`. I have submitted a fix: - Added a null guard in `ApacheDubboPlugin` before setting timeout on `RpcContext`. - Added fallback to `LoadBalanceEnum.RANDOM.getName()` in `ApacheDubboGrayLoadBalance` if the handle or its load balance configuration is absent. - Added unit tests covering both null-handle scenarios and verified checkstyle and all module tests pass.
