## Brief Description Add minimal HTTP gateway distribution package for Apache ShenYu, including new module `shenyu-bootstrap-http`. ## Issue Closes #7649 ## Changes 1. Add module `shenyu-bootstrap-http`, pass smoke test 10/10, complete benchmark. 2. Add distribution package `shenyu-bootstrap-http-dist`, includes LICENSE, NOTICE, third-party license, bin scripts and docker support. 3.
