Thanks for the detailed review and for reproducing the behavior across those cases, @Aias00. I've added coverage for `removeParameterKeys` and `replaceParameterKeys` (11 tests pass locally; checkstyle clean) and documented the `?flag` -> `?flag=` behavior in the PR description. The CI workflows for this branch are all sitting in `action_required` (fork workflow approval).
