## Background Agent Gateway needs one request-scoped context across MCP and AI execution, with terminal observations that remain isolated across concurrent requests and cancellation. This is a draft integration candidate depending on #7827. The first commit reproduces that prerequisite; the second commit contains P0-03. Please do not merge this PR before #7827. Before marking it ready, we will reconcile it with current master, remove the prerequisite from the effective diff, and rerun verification. The verified snapshot is based on master `81a85f3a4`; newer master changes, including the MCP client update, are not included in the results below. ## Changes - Add immutable AI/MCP request context with trusted tenant and subject attribution, isolated Reactor propagation, and request-scoped W3C tracing without forwarding credentials, identity headers, or baggage. - Record one logical terminal event per request and separate AI upstream attempts; read explicitly reported JSON/SSE usage through a single subscription, keeping missing usage unknown. - Run Agent Gateway before AI Prompt, Token Limiter, and AI Proxy, with database initialization and upgrade scripts plus migration guidance. - Link gateway SERVER spans to MCP logical-call spans, while keeping shared MCP initialization and catalog requests independent of the first caller. - Add concurrency, cancellation, JSON/SSE, tracing, and loopback HTTP governance coverage using the actual AI Prompt plugin. Bound asynchronous test waits without relaxing business assertions. ## Verification Verified snapshot: base `81a85f3a4` plus the two candidate commits, with identical frozen sources and test identities across platforms. - Windows/JDK17 and RISC-V/QEMU: Maven Wrapper `clean verify` for the Agent Gateway and AI Proxy starters with `-am -DskipRemoteResources=true -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true`. - Each platform: 28 reactor modules, 312 suites, 2,169 tests, 0 failures, 0 errors, 1 existing disabled test (`UpstreamCheckUtilsTest.testSocketConnect`). Checkstyle and RAT passed for all 28 modules. - Loopback HTTP coverage includes authentication, governance ordering, JSON/SSE, limiter rejection, single body subscription, and tracing isolation. - `git diff --check`: passed. These are local candidate results, not remote CI or native RISC-V hardware results. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
