I've synced master (`af9d695e`) into this branch to pick up the Apollo selector-ID test fix from #7680. The previously failing `testProxySelectorDataDeleted` now passes. The PR diff is still just the original 14 POM additions. I validated the merged source locally with Temurin 17 in Docker. The full reactor attempt plus recovery builds cover all 214 projects. Current reports show 7,028 tests passed, 8 existing skips, and no remaining failures or errors. Checkstyle and RAT passed across all 214 projects; DependencyConvergence also passes for the common reactor. To be clear, the first full serial build was not green: the HTTP SDK test timed out connecting to the project website. Its 8 tests passed on recovery with the same URL and 2-second timeout. The last registry-apollo module needed a clean rebuild after attempting to shade an existing shaded JAR; that rebuild passed all 10 tests and packaging. The earlier local Surefire fork shutdown errors did not recur in the serial checks.
