## Description Parent proposal: #7993 Provide a structured/JSON editor or equivalent admin management flow, validation errors, read-only topology, revision history, explicit activation binding and per-instance activation status. Add graph/revision/node tracing and bounded metrics for execution, branch selection, short circuits, failures and cancellation. Keep asynchronous execution timing separate from existing construction-time plugin callbacks. Do not require a drag-and-drop editor for initial delivery. Acceptance: invalid drafts are not published; operators can distinguish published from active and identify rejected versions; metrics avoid unbounded revision/node cardinality; legacy/DAG mode and supported plugin constraints are visible. ## Dependencies #7996, #7997, #7999 ## Scope Part of optional serial plugin DAG orchestration. Preserve the existing plugin contract and default legacy mode.
