Taking this. Will submit a validation + compilation PR (graph DTOs in shenyu-common; schema, identity/reference integrity, cycle, reachability, deterministic CHOICE/default, resource-limit, missing-plugin and path-wise duplicate validation; immutable GraphPlan compilation off the request path; sorted-legacy-chain import and dependency-only compilation) with tests.
