Ping on state: this PR is approved on the code, but `pr_build` fails and it
cannot be merged yet.
The failure is not a test failure and not a compile error:

org.apache.shenyu:shenyu-spring-boot-starter-plugin-divide:jar:2.7.2-SNAPSHOT
in apache.snapshots
The path-filtered build built this module without the sibling
`shenyu-spring-boot-starter-plugin-*` modules, so the reactor could not resolve
their SNAPSHOTs. This is a build-scoping problem in the CI configuration, not a
defect in this change.
Please rerun the failed job; if it reproduces, a push (even a trivial
rebase) forces the path filter to include the missing modules. No source change
is needed.
